In my opinion this is common sense and promoting someone for this isn't enough.
Always keep in mind that quality matters. Just to have 400 posts isn't enough most of them have to be helpfull in a way.
As a moderator you have to be friendly, helpfull and you have to act mature. You'll see if you do a good job by helping (new) players they will tell you if you are ready to become a moderator or not.

And here is my honest opinion.
You should change your appearance.
Just by writing probably you can change your appearance. "Thx" or "Pls" are some great examples..Write "Thanks" or "please" instead.

And if you really want to become a moderator:

I'm going to get right to the point. If you're questioning whether to apply, you're probably not ready for mod.

 

You have to active on TeamSpeaks too. I've never seen you on TeamSpeak but this could be because of time zones or you just have a different name on teamspeak then you do ingame or on forums.
If you are always on TeamSpeak then I wish you good luck when you reach your 400 post for the forums.

You also need to be very active on TeamSpeak. They say 200-300 helpful posts is recommended, even though some people got out of it. A big part of being a moderator is that you need experience in moderating other servers, and this is one of the key components.

One more thing to you. Your profile status really, really doesn't befit a moderator.

To be a mod, just read this guide. If you think you follow all of the requirements, just apply.

Mod must have above 200-300 posts. Active on teamspeak and in-game. Have a good maturity and respectful and helpful.
