    I am not to sure if you remember the test mc-war server (test.mc-war.com). If you didn't remember it then here is it it was. It was basically a prieview of mc-war 2.0. This is server is good because you can actually see what is being planned to added into mc-war AND it will also stop people asking whats going to be implemented into to mc-war 2.0.
    Note: People have been complaining that not enough people have been going on the server to fix this there should be double exp Fridays (6.00am - 12.00 pm EST)

    Updates are to be a surprise, and why would they pay for such a server.

    I honestly don't care either way. I wouldn't mind one being up, but I wouldn't mind it being down either.

    I remember the server, the only problem is that when I came on the server was literally EMPTY. Nobody would go on it :/

    On the contrary, whenever I was on, I remember there being anywhere from 15- 30 players. Maybe it was due to timezones or something. I guess they could remedy this problem by advertising the test server a bit more (I felt like it was a bit under wraps-maybe even too much).
    But yeah, I'd love to see the test server return.

    I dont agree that the test servers are to be brought back. The fact of the matter is that updates (especially major ones) Are in development for some time. I don't think it's right to see a half done work, all of it's flaws and bugs shown, and make a judgment on it. We all know that we would (or did) do it, unconsciously maybe, but still done. So I think that it would be best for everyone if the update remains a mystery until we can see it's completed form.

    Well, there would be a test server of the coders were working a bit on War 2.0, but they need to prioritize what's more needed. They need to do McMoba, kit brawl then war.

    Myort is working on a whole new McWar plugin. I'm sure that staff are going to have a closed beta.

    Seeing as Myort is making War 2.0 completely from scratch he would have to build a functioning server and if he does that then he might as well release it onto all the other War servers.

    Considering that he is, as you said, making it from scratch, wouldn't that be all the more reason to test it out on another server, at least for a little while? People don't like just hearing about progress; in many cases they want to see it for themselves.
