Reports Section

Instead of having a Google Docs. form, how about a actual forums section devoted to reports. It would allow users to actually post there screenshots or videos instead of posting a link (and in the case of imgur, links only last 1-2 hours). But, set it up that only staff can respond to a post. Also, the Plaintiff can go into more detail on what happened instead of clicking on one general thing (hacking/glitch abuse). Finally, the Plaintiff can see if a staff member has responded to the post or not. But, with this some bad things arise. The Plaintiff may bug a staff member to look at the post. With this, the staff can add/revise a rule where they can get banned from the forums for doing it(I am not aware of if there is a rule for this or not). But overall, having a forums section devoted to reports will make everyone's lives easier.
