Experience with Minecraft and Moderating:
I am a SrMod on Emenbee Realms [mc.emenbeesmp.com] it is a server which has reached over 200 players on any given night, SrMod is the highest attainable rank, here I have been friends with DanNyan (mod) for many months and helped him to his position, on all the Emenbee servers my ranks are:
Survival: SrMod
KitPVP: SrMod
PvP: SrMod/Admin
Creative: Mod
Hub: Mod
Skyblock: SrMod
Walls: SrMod

Despite being staff on all of these servers, I definitely have the time and the means to moderate WarZ effectively and efficiently, and that should not come in to question. For example, while I have staff on all of those Emenbee Realms servers my main posting is survival. I have more than enough time to moderate both servers well.

The website recently had a poll for the best SrMod, I achieved the highest number of votes at 24% of user votes.

How do others feel about you on the server?

On the WarZ servers I think I am well liked, I have not caused problems, and have certainly not raged upon defeat, I consider DanNyan to be my closest friend on Emenbee and also on this server, I feel many people like me, and those who do not I have probably killed in the past while they had good gear, or they may have never met me, as with other servers I am a popular and respected player, and I respect all new and veteran players alike.


What do you feel that you will provide to the server?

I will provide my valuable experience to the server, punishing those who deserve it for their crimes, I will provide an interesting person and friend to the moderators, I will make sure the servers are always guarded from those who play only to cause trouble (the people who aim to cause distress) and I will punish all players fairly, without bias or over leniency or harshness.
I will provide friends to play on the server, and make sure everyone is as happy as they can be, if a player is angry or sad I can cheer them up, I have experience in dealing with depressed players.

The reason I would like to moderate is because there is only so much one can do on the server, it may adds a new dimension to the game play on a server, which can make it more fun, and much more of an experience than simply playing for hours and hours without aiming to benefit everybody else who plays.

I like to please people, make people happy, I know players are often put on highs when someone who is being obnoxious towards them is punished. This is what I aim to do, teach everyone that they must play respectfully, and have a good time, realizing it is only a game and that raging or advertising, or racism has no use to anyone. I know that the busiest months are coming up, or are in flow, as the summer increases population, then fairly soon is the season when donations are at a high point per year. Christmas and the days following (Boxing day, New years day) is when donations flare up hugely, and many players are gifted money, or other means of achieving a donor rank. The summer and months following is when we need to keep players, and keep as many new players happy as possible, this is what I will do. Make sure players stick around. Keep them happy, make the server a better happier place for all the players on Multiplayer servers, more specifically, the WarZ servers.

One of only 7 admins on the Emenbee Realms website, not all SrMods have it.
I attend education in a school in Oxford, and row for a 'top four club' in the United Kingdom. My life outside of Minecraft has made me into a more rounded responsible person, especially the rowing which has made me both an individual (single sculling and rowing in the eight.
