So lately I wanted to talk to some brawl community members and play warZ. I hopped on ts3 and what I found was almost disturbing. I looked in all of the public channels and there only about ten people in total in all of those public ones. I then looked down at the private channels and there were nearly 90% of the people in there. Although I am not applying for staff, I think that there should be a different limit to ts3 considering that there simply isn't enough people to talk to. EVEN the mods are in private channels for long periods of time. The only mods that I personally see in public channels are @JaydenChadd @Halo_ @Quin @Blamo @soccerstars @Cuddlemonster09 and @Lord_Roke sometimes. Although that is 7 mods, there are WAY more mods that could be in these public channels. I understand that people have teams and such, but I think that brawl should be more open. I just want people to be in public channels more often. It is SOOOO annoying seeing things like this. If anyone doesn't believe me I can make a video of my ts3 viewer. Thank you for reading this.

(in the video I am Itanimulli_)

Most players have WarZ teams and are in Private channels.

I understand, but how are new players supposed to get teams when they are trying to meet new people in the channels but they are all in public channels? What about players like me who want to play with other WarZ people?

We can't/won't force our players to be in public channels. We allow them to make a private channel or sit in public channels, it's their choice.

Of course! I understand that it is their choice to go into a private channel. I am just trying to make it so the community is more open in the sense of everyone talking to each other and trying to get to know one another. I don't think people should be forced into the public channels, I just want people to keep an open mind to talking in public ones.

I am not trying to make it so something is fixed. I just want community members to read this and go into those public channels more often.

You guys are all missing the point (this is mostly directed to those of you i.e Sig and Jayden who actually took this as a serious remark), what hes saying is that its hard to make teams/truces on TS when all everyone is doing is staying in their private channels for days on end ignoring everyone thats not in that specific channel. What if you have a friend who has a War-Z team and you wanna be a part of that team too? Well have fun trying to get their attention because its impossible on TS, if you try in-game theyll most likely betray you, and most War-Z players rarely use the forums. No duh we cant force them to be in public channels but its hard to create a community of players when everyone is sealed off in their own small little sections away from any player they wouldn't care to meet.

Its just something he wanted to point out, not demanding change or saying that this shouldn't happen, its just something thats extremely unwelcoming to new players who are trying to get a team.

Dont be a dick about it.

He was complaining that there is hardly anyone in public channels and Jayden and Signatured explained why players are rarely in public channels and why we can't change that.
If you make a thread pointing out a problem, it normally means you want it to be changed.

If you want me to find a solution for his problem:
Look for a good team here and apply.

Yeah sometimes I actually want to go on TS3 but everyone's jam-packed in private lobbies or the music room, so I sit in an empty room and wait. But often nobody stops by...

Why is this an issue again? Mma, you had made a big fuss about this a while back and you do it once more. They have said it above. Players are rarely in public channels. If you do pay attention, they are often on for their WarZ team. Otherwise, they are simply on to talk to their friends. And their friends only. I do not blame them as well. Public channels are often bombarded by trolls and so forth.

If you want to play with other WarZ people, get into one of the channels that they hole themselves in. New players usually don't meet new people on TeamSpeak, they meet them in-game. The new ones lean to other new ones.

These days, TeamSpeak is not the same as it used to be. Yes, it is sad that it is not filled with people in public channels, but things change. And with these changes you have to adapt.
