    Are we able to skip ranks in Creative? (example: can we skip WE1 and get WE2?)

    I don't play creative, but I don't believe you would be able to do that. (Unless you're an extremely skilled builder)

    Yes you can only if you understand what the next rank provides and you are a really good builder :>

    If you're a really skilled builder you can. Some people have gone Builder to WE Pro or WE2. Also lets say your AdvBuilder and apply for WE2 and you aren't good enough for WE2 they might give you WE1.

    I would suggest either way to go one-by-one if you are considering this.

    Yes, you can, I went from Builder to WE1 to WEPro. It was very hard to do, and I would just recommend going one by one as @soccerstars said.
