Does Brawl comply with the new Minecraft EULA?

    After some quick research it is apparent that Mojang doesn't allow servers to provide in-game advantages for money - all payments must be purely cosmetic or a donation (a payment which returns nothing). It would seem that very few changes have been made in response to the new EULA. Is it being ignored? Or are the payments on offer not violating the EULA somehow? Or perhaps changes are still being undertaken.
