    I finally decided to finish my flying Minecart via Command Blocks...

    It goes where you look(roughly).The very top and bottom rows are only up and down.
    It has a weird bug where down and North-West, is going down and North-East.
    The buttons, redstone, and pistons are the on off switch.

    there are 2 other bigger ones that I don't have time for
