    I know it is really tempting to apply for a high rank when you're only a Builder, but it's really hard to skip ranks unless your builds meet the expectations of the rank that you are applying for. Your build is great but it does not meet the expectations for the rank WE2. Also, your application is vague and needs a lot more work. Try to add more detail and effort in your application instead of answering the questions with only 1 or 2 words. If you need help with anything, feel free to ask me in-game or if you'd like, PM me your queries. I suggest going for AdvBuilder first and think about applying for a higher rank in the future when you're actually ready for the rank.

    If applying for AdvBuilder: +1
    If applying for WE2: -1

    Ehh...OK! Apply for AdvBuilder! Just edit this app and change WE2 to AdvBuilder. If you get that done than +1. For not -1. #IhadExtraThingsInThisCommenThatIDeleted
