War Tips?

- Don't use the Usp45

 

I recently got back into Mc-War, wow it was one hell of a ride. Try using sniper rifles first then start using your regular combo, it helped me and I think it will help you

 

-don't run to the middle all the time, it usually results in being sprayed and shot at by a lot of players. You will also be shot blocked. I recommend going to the sides, or anywhere where your teammates will not attract enemies and shot blocks you
- Flanking. A strategy I use the results in speed nukes. It's an easy way to get many kills and gives you an opportunity to escape, rinse and repeat.
- Play unpredictably. Don't let the enemy know your moves. This could lead to pre firing, targeting and the enemy team awaiting you to be killed on their sight.
-pick a gun that you are adapted to. I use ISO because it's my favourite, as I am best with it rather than other guns.
-get a feel for name tags. Look through walls and look where the enemies are. Know the map. This is how you can become aware of your surrounding more and can eventfully lead to better reaction time
-If you are injured greatly, try not to hide it out. Immediately run back to your team's territory and wait for it to regenerate. This will allow you to restart and not take any risks of dying.
- Here is the most important: Set goals. This will help keep you motivated to work to achieve those goals and will keep you positive while doing it. The way I do this is I go "alright, it's favela. I'm going to aim for at least a nuke or a 6 KDR for the game" and it really works!

I reckon the best way to come back is to go on a more distant server and get a few nukes, and then after while, make a return to the server you desire to play on.

 

Honestly, when I was lvl 30-40, my goal was to try not to get negative scores. But now, I don't really have goals...I just wing it. And usually, I can achieve a nuke. And by usually, I mean rarely. And by rarely, I mean never.

 

Steps to become pro:

1. Spam X-Bow around corners
2. Rack up dem credits
3. Buy a butt ton of nades and superarmor
4. Repeat

In another words follow in joeymast's steps and you'll do good, otherwise you have to deal with a billion other people who are just as good as or better than you and that actually means you gotta get skill. This ain't like the old days when their were only a handful of 31+ players who were good and could wreck the server (oh those were the good dayz). You have to have a clear advantage and/or clever strategy otherwise you're gonna go 3-23 BG.

 

I was being a little serious actually, there's so many more good people now than there was before, having skill is becoming more and more obsolete.

 

so...Here's some real tips:

1. Don't die.
2. Don't make stupid mistakes.
3. Watch your back at all times.
4. And yes, I'm being sarcastic.

So...here's some real tips: keep on moving, being still makes you vulnerable to attack
When using op guns like the iso, remember that one-missed shot could cost you your life.
Try to turn your player sound up, because when you are camping, hearing footsteps could alert you to the enemy presence.
Once you are close to getting a nuke, move to another place or advance forward...
I probably have some more, but I don't feel like thinking of what to say...

People with kdrs between 1 and 2 that minigun spam all the time...and op people like @Striker_Sly and @tyuioblitz and @joeymast99 and @Fjeke pretty much dominate...

eh or you could be like @Striker_Sly and proficiently use the iso.

When I returned to War for a while some time ago, I used the Iso before I got my skill back. Then I eventually graduated to the Skully. That's usually how it works in War. Scrubs use the Iso until they get a groove. Then they graduate to the Skully and dominate. :V

No, I'm calling the majority of players scrubs who unlock the Skully and don't use it because of the Iso until they get better and realize that the Skully is really really good. :V

 

Try using the under powered guns first. If you like automatics, use the UMP, MP7, AK47, Famas, etc. For snipers, use Barret, Drag, etc. Once you get the hang of those, you can start using the prestige weapons and you will be way better using those. Try it out

 

I came back to war from warZ a while ago and I can tell you how I got my groove back on.
1. I played with experienced players and asked them for tips
2. I started to do something called the active camp, it is what @Striker_Sly does. It is when you find a good area in a map where you can get kills and you camp it, but then move around so it is harder for specific people to track you.
3. I just played, off the bat it is hard to instantly start getting 45-3 games and such. You just have to play the game and naturally you will get better.
