    OkOk, So everyone been asking what's that patch on my face? Well ill tell you,

    Its called a Scouter, (scow-ter) Items used by certain Dragon Ball Z Characters to tell another one's "Power Level"




    scouter-google-glass-dragon-ball-z-thumb.jpg These relics are also used for Tracking, Communication (like a cell phone), You can even have the lens change to have a diffrent color (I prefer green which is standard)
    The scouter's Only weakness is if it reads a power level a little bit to high, The scouter will malfunction and explode, Mainly because whenever the user with the scouter reads a very high power level (considering double their power) they will think the scouter is broke.

    Just an intresting thing, and finally everyone will know what is on my face, 2015-04-14_15.08.23.png This could be a trend :3 Everyone wear your own colored lens scouter. (yay for scouterz)

    Kden. lemme just make a thread talking about the backstory of the CHARACTER koishi komeji from touhou. maybe also about flandre scarlet, remilia scarlet and some other of my fav characters ^.^

    Cuz i am bored.


    It is pretty easy to go around telling people what it is. it isn't really that bad to do.

    Doesn't the scout in tf2 have something like that on his face? But I know for sure it isn't a scouter.
