    Im writing an album with the best songs bass boosted. It will be released on the last day of 2015, as the album is called 'Bass Boosted 2015' Any song suggestions? (Ill post DL link at end of the year :3)

    I feel like this would be a violation of copyright....but I don't know what you mean by "Im writing an album with the best songs bass boosted."

    It is not copyright. In the file with the album I have a text file that states "I did not make the songs. I simple remixed or bass boosted them. "It is not copyright :smile:

    It technically is until you get permission from the song's owner to use his/her songs.

    That doesn't necessarily release you from copyright obligations.
    And since you're just bass-boosting them, it's not technically "remixing", so it doesn't fall under fair use either.

    I agree with what the others are saying.. and if you sell the music-- you could possibly be sued. Better to use music that's absolutely free rather than songs from vevo, radio etc

    Non of the songs are getting sold on iTunes or anywhere. The songs Will only be available on Brawl, My Friends, or My YouTube channel. With credit to every author. Nothing is getting sold. Its all free. In the text file it also gives credit to all the singers. It says the singer and what song(s) they wrote in the album.

    Giving credit doesn't automatically clear licensing for you. I gave a symposium on copyright, I should know :v
