How to use Screenflow (Apple).

Hello.

Before starting this guide, keep in mind that my Screenflow Version is french. Also I don't even know the translate. Sorry. And I'm using the Version 2.1.9 (15061)

Part I:
What is screenflow .

Screenflow is a recording software only available on a Apple computer. You can't find it on a PC. It cost 99$ because this is a Recording AND an Editing Software:

Record everything.

Part III:
The exportation:

The exportation is a very very important point. YouTube can not upload the Screenflow folder (.screenflow) or iMovie or FinalCutPro X can not too. You have to export your video (.mov, .m4v...)

How to export with a good quality and good images-per-seconds ?











Note: If you select the best quality and 60 images-per-second. The time for exporting and for upload will be long.

Approximately: 720p60fps (10 minutes) and ADSL connection : 20 minutes for export. 5 hours for upload.
1080p60fps (10 minutes) and ADSL connection: 40 minutes for export. 13 hours for upload.
