So whenever I play WarZ and get into a fight, or find a Barrett or notice somebody. I start panicking and have really bad anxiety attacks that lead me to shaking uncontrollably as if I'm cold, freaking out over the smallest of things, heart rate going unusually high, sound around me starts going blanket but only hearing the sounds of me dying. I rarely rage but I end up losing feeling in my body. Is there any ways of helping me sooth out this? (I still badly want to play though :c)

    Always drink water while playing.
Take regular breaks before playing and play other mini games during that time.
Tell yourself that this is just a game, and you will get back where you died (eventually).

Feel free to add me on the hub of you are interested in playing with me.

Message is the best warZ buddy ever. We have beaten some pretty good guys in the past based of his masterful strategy. We take our lives much more seriously then other peoples in the game. Most of our team in the past has been non donors so every life we have everything to lose.

When I first started playing WarZ I had the same problem as you pikmen. I would have panic attacks and shake because i was afraid of dying. Basically you need to play with a team, that helps take the stress off of you and it spreads it equally on everyone else and you. When you are not under a lot of pressure you can think better and make better choices in the heat of a battle.

Play music while you play. Just remember to be in a safe spot when you change it out.

Play a mix. It will avoid having to change music and it will keep you comfortable.
Drink water (and I mean water), and eat food that you like to eat. Avoid coffee and/or other caffeine drinks in these situations.
Make sure your room is at a moderate temperature: not too hot, yet not too cold. More on the warmer side, I'd suggest.
If sweating occurs, be sure to remove sweaters and hot baggy pants (play with shorts or lighter clothing) this will decrease your body temperature when the room gets heated.
Find someone to talk to. Your friends on Brawl can be very important, so TS3 or Skype would be useful as A) it gives you something to do and be distracted from stress, and B) it will help regulate your behaviour
Like Credo said: tell yourself it's just a game. And it really is. There's no need to be at enormous discomfort when doing something you love. Take some breaks instead.
