Limited set of maps to vote on

Hi guys!

I've played some SG, and Turbulence gets picked >50% of the time. This makes the game more stale and repetitive over time. In addition, for a new player, all the map options can be intimidating, making it hard to choose a server to vote for.

One change that could remediate both these problems is to use a system similar to MCSG, where 5 random maps are picked (or 4 random maps and then a random option, which shuffles from the whole list of maps AFTER being chosen), and people can vote on them before the game. I see no harm that could result from giving this a shot, and it's very easy to code if you already have voting in place.
