    in the parkour the pipe doesn't tp you to the other you get trapped
    just asking to set the command block

    As Timmy said, the server is still in beta and there are issues that still need to be taken care of. It will be fixed in time.

    I think you don't need any coding for this, just fix the commandblock below the pressure plate.

    They probably disabled command blocks on the server, because map maker could make a redstone clock far away with the command: /gamemode <name> 1...

    The default setting for a server is having disabled command blocks; this is probably what happened and since MCP is in beta, it will be a quick and easy fix when the servers are updated.
