    I think a lot of us know the redstoner kit and its great use for traps and stuff. But you know what would make it even more epic?

    Change the 16 slimeballs to 16 slime blocks.

    Why?
    Slimeblocks have incredible amounts of potential. Think about it. With like 2 slimeblocks alone along with some blocks, 2 pistons, a sticky piston, 2 redstone blocks and a boat you can already make a basic rideable flying machine! Imagine what you can do if you be creative. You could take out a tower by making a vertical flying machine with guardrails. You could tower and then fly away into the sunset when someone climbs up, watching you as you fade into the distance.

    Why this? Why not launcher?
    With this, you have more control over when you can start/stop your inventions. While launcher is faster and this is more complex, flying technology is far more diverse than sponges. For one, you can dismount at any time you want instead of being forced to keep going until the flight time is up. Also, slimeblocks are not just for flying machines. You can make TNT cannons, player cannons, mlg slimeblock, movement-based traps, etc.

    If this was added then wouldn't launcher become obsolete?
    I'm not sure about this one... Maybe launcher could be retired and sponges will become uncommon/rare loot from feasts and/or minifeasts... Like an average of 1-3 per minifeast and maybe up to 9 at the feast.

    Biased reason:
    Slimeblocks are fun :confused:

    I like this, being able to breathe some life into redstoner.

    Maybe help make it not so much a soley trapping kit and maybe have some more strategies.

    I'm just a bit concerned with the ability of outclassing launcher in a sense, might be too similar.

    I mean redstoner was unique, but this is actually useful!
    Keep some slimeballs though for sticky pistons.

    I think its a great idea, but the overuse of it can cause extreme lag, with great redstone comes great responsislimebilitty

    It is against the rules to bump, so yeah... And in addition to this, I think launcher should be kept the way it is. Launcher is just fine how it is and added lots of fun and trap ability into the game.
