    Currently the Q&A section only allows high staff members to answer questions that members may ask. To clear up the hassle for the high staff members I think that some mature/well-experienced members of the community should also be provided with access to the Q&A section so that questions can be answered quicker. This rank or permissions could also give people access to other sections like the Moderator Application section. (Doubt that will happen)
    There could be an application form like there was for the wiki team and there could be rounds around the months picking up new applicants.

    Pretty straight forward.

    I agree that this should be done, quicker accurate responses won't hurt anyone.

    This is true. Giving out specific people access could enable faster responses, but, I also do think moderators should have the ability to answer Q & A's

    There are also flaws with this. Selectively giving out permissions will have at least some incorrect information.

    I don't really think it's that necesarry. Our Supermods and Administrators handle the section just fine.

    I don't feel the Q&A needs more members to answer it. We have lots of SMODs that can answer it. Maybe the Staff Application part would be better. But having Helpers being able to answer to that should be enough if they'll be allowed that.
