    Its a she, and she didnt know her username/email, leading to the point where she cant make an account. Only her brother knowes and he wont tell her.

    Sorry about calling her a he.Also,what do you mean by "can't make an account"?Do you mean on Brawl?Because if you do, all she has to do is go in a lobby and type /register.A link should pop up after she types /register taking her to a page where she will be able to make her account.But, as you said, she can't remember her username which is a problem.
