On your previous applications, mods told you what you need to improve on if you want to become mod. I mean really. TS3 is a necessity for mods, and if you have the inability to download it, it's quite hard, if not impossible, to become mod without TS3. Your forum activity is far too low, I would say somewhere around 300 would be a safe amount of posts. I have no idea what your in-game activity is like, so I have no advice to give to you on that.

Hey turkey!! Do not be discouraged:smile:
    - You need to become more active and helpful on forums. Try to become more active in the war section, if it's war that you are applying for!
    - Become active on team speak as well (going on daily or at least try to) Team speak is where we keep in touch with players as well as staff. If you do not have team speak this link can show you how to get it:
    http://www.mcbrawl.com/threads/42/
    - Answer players questions in game, if you know it. Or message online moderators if something needs to be urgently resolved.
    - Add detail to your application. Look through accepted applications for an example of one!
Lastly, Read through this again: https://www.brawl.com/threads/14752/
You can always message me if you have any questions!

Being a dev/coder will not really affect your chances in being moderator.
    Basically what Cuddled said, be:
    - Active
    - Mature
    - Helpful
    -
    Friendly

Be sure to have all these qualities in our three fields (Teamspeak 3, forums and ingame) and you'll be on your way!

I feel like it is just the people that they don't like get denied

All the cool people and popular get accepted and I have seen awesome apps and they got denied, It's just like me I get my hopes up so so so much and I get denied

And btw cuddles I just got Teamspeak

Your first point is not true. It wouldn't be right to accept only people that the higher-ups like. I'm not so sure of my reputation with them myself.
Also - applications aren't everything in a moderator. Someone may write an amazing application, but their ingame or forums activity may not be all there. People get accepted/denied for a reason.

I don't see any mods being helpful in game or on TeamSpeak aside from stepping in and banning people who are annoying others.
I mean, why do you even need TeamSpeak?
What percent of people who actually need help with the game even have TeamSpeak?
I completely agree with the forums activity, but in game activity and helpfulness should be a first.

In my experience, if your only goal is to become a mod and everything else is secondary, you shouldn't be a mod.

Be helpful because you enjoy it, don't expect to get mod because you're a "coder", and above all, don't complain about not having it. A few weeks ago I was seriously considering giving a player who was younger than you mod on MinecraftBuild because he was active, mature and helpful. Sorry to be harsh, but from what I can tell, you're neither mature nor helpful.

If I have any advice for you, it's to reevaluate your priorities. Having some sort of power on a server that you apparently spend all your free time on isn't worth all the hours you could've spent doing something more useful. Play for fun in moderation, and if you're appropriate for a moderator position, you'll get it. Just don't expect it to be handed to you on a silver platter.

You'd be surprised at the amount of questions and concerns I receive on Teamspeak. Players like hearing voice rather than seeing words, and a person to person conference can sometimes be a lot helpful than a step-by-step procedure.

    No, I wouldn't be surprised.
I understand they like hearing voice, but more often than not people can't use TeamSpeak for whatever reason.
It isn't good when I can't get a question answered beacuse my OS doesn't support TeamSpeak or whatever the reason you can't get TeamSpeak for.

Teamspeak is needed for a lot of things:

    -Staff Meetings
    -Player Support
-Formal communication between the staff manager({cuddled}) and moderators, etc

Skype and Forums are also big:

    -Player Support
    -Bug Reports
-Staff Communication and player communication, etc

We've told you what to improve on; forums activity, teamspeak and in game activity.

    Good luck!

Some helpful tips from your personal trainer.

    1) Take a deep look at why you were denied and take notes.
    2) Study the competition and pick out what made them successful.
    3) Now improve on your weaknesses. In the community, online, in game, and in Teamspeak.
    4) Introspection and brainstorm how you can be a Mod and what good looks like.
    5) Crank up this song........for motivation.
