    It's unfair how a guy with 1200 Elo faces a guy with 3000 Elo and they easily get defeated.The other player has more experience then them and they get rekt and lose elo rating

    You can challenge someone to a 1v1 specifically to avoid getting matched up with someone way above your skill level.
