For the past few days I have been getting users calling hacks about low levels are one shorting players with the L118A, I was skyping with my friend and he said he did in fact one shot someone because he was a low level, on the next round I tried out the L118A for a little test but no luck. Was this put on purpose or is it a glitch? This could be called the new iso, and probably will get hated so I suggest we gather some people to test it out?

All snipers can one shot if it's a headshot. The only exception is the Isolator, which can one shot anywhere.

It's not a glitch. All snipers can one shot you if it's a headshot.
