Nether on pvp

    Question: k so I went to my base on pvp which is in nether and there was a sign left saying 'EZ BASE EZ XRAY AHAHHAHA NOBAN' so it looks like somebody has somehow xrayed my base but the staff keep saying Xray doesn't work so clearly somebody is lying. So if X-ray does work in nether why isn't it blocked?
