Creative glitch- obsidian on the border

    Today, I discovered a new glitch.

    1. Place 2 signs at the border like so, and then look at the border of the signs hitbox and then place a dispenser

    It should look like this:

    3. Repeat for the other sign
    2015-06-04_17.20.37.png
    4.Put lava and water in like so 2015-06-04_17.20.49.png 2015-06-04_17.20.51.png 5. Activate the dispensers twice to get obsidian and rid of that water 2015-06-04_17.20.58.png 2015-06-04_17.21.12.png
    Tada, you now have obsidian on your plot border. You can't destroy it, because you can't interact with the border. Have fun. (Even /plotme clear does not delete it!)

    There's a bug report section for non-game breaking bugs and glitches.

    It doesn't affect other plots. Plus, I don't know why you would purposefully do this. If you need to get the obsidian removed, contact a Creative mod.

    So you did this...Umm I think this can be reported for hacking? It isn't a glitch if you purposefully do this

    you cannot get reported for hacking... no where in that is that hacking, exploiting a glitch maybe but he did do it to make a post to notify the mods so... doubtful

    If you knew that, it's like hacking and making a glitch, you can be reported so you shouldn't of shown how to do that because your showing people how to do something that you usually gets banned for,

    unless your telling the mods the bug

    why would this minor bug get anyone banned. @AndyinaBEARsuit can you please enlighten us with the answer. I am pretty sure that showing us a glitch to get yourself a few indestructible obsidian blocks isn't the bigger problem in the world, and definitely not ban worthy.

    Not really something to ban for, unless the player finds a way to spam it everywhere and decides to do it continously even after multiple warnings. In the future, try to put this in an appropriate bug-report section. =]

    A way to harmfully use this: Find a plot, cover it with obsidian, do /plotme dispose and find a new plot. Otherwise, the bug isn't going to harm anyone. And, I didn't exactly know where to post this, so I posted it here. Deal with it. (I also reported this on slack)

    Nice find! Even though it might not be able to affect anyone that much, it still looks like a problem worth watching out for.
