    Does anyone actually like having the censor plugin? It's is just so dam annoying. If people don't want to see swearing, then they shouldn't be on the internet.

    No. -1 for this idea. There's little children on the internet which are like 9, and they play this server, there mums and dads will ban them from playing this if they see a non censored swear word.
