    I'm an AdvBuilder and people keep asking me to shout things for them but whenever I try to use /shout it says I don't have permission and everybody is saying I should have shout since I'm an AdvBuilder. Am I supposed to have /shout?

    To shout, you have to put an exclamation mark in front of your message. Here's an example (don't include speech marks):

    "!This is how to shout"
