    I am sure that atleast some people are 'decent' at coding. The major coders are obviously the ones with the CODER tag.

    As for myself? No, I can't code. Which is kinda sad.

    The 3 MAIN coders are NomNugget, myort and Mario. There are also CoderTim, NotPenor and signatured (He is more busy as an administrator)

    Anyone could be a programmer if they put effort towards it. Most people attempt, discover it's difficult, then bail (I did this once or twice ;v). The funny thing is, it's once you get that past that part programming becomes something you enjoy.

    If you think you may have an interest in programming and have some time to spare during the day (this may cut into some of your steam game playing time :v), I strongly suggest you give it a try and stick with it.

    I think you're a little confused with the programmer hierarchy here :wink:

    Any monkey can program..

    To be great you need a couple of things:
    1) Create a great well organized and well thought out program that people enjoy.
    2) Developing a compelling storyline.
    3) Think about the aspects of a game that people really want, survey them, an continually ask so you better understand what your customer wants.
    4) Work with your team to develop a scope of work for release dates and meet weekly to achieve them.
    5) Have fun problem solving, it's challenging but fun.
