    Why do you need the rank? - so I can talk to my friends far away and to access to more commands and have bigger plots

    Its okay Xavier1974 Its your choice. Lets see if its denied or not later on if it is i'll make a RE post with different builds that i think its best to you guys.

    Sorry but when the asked question "Do you realize if you abuse any commands or privileges rank will be taken away?" you can't expect to get the rank with the response No. This is you admitting that you can not handle the responsibility of a Rank so for that, No. Sorry.
