    I'm going to have to give it a -1 , because you could have added more information to answer the questions , and you made 3 applications all together.It hurts your application to have more than one. This also shows that you do not understand what this rank is entitled to.I'm going to guess that your reason to have the rank "So i can talk to my friends far away" is by using shout? The rank is not all about getting that permission , it's about having more plot space to build more and new things.

    Ok sorry grapcy, Your a reall good friend but with all do respect, I'm gonna have to disagree with you for 3 reasons.
    1. AdvBuilder is a relaxed rank
    2. AdvBuilder is mostly like a builder rank but a little more into it. I know your we pro and a lot but....
    3. I do agree with you on 3 apps but he doesn't know. you get it?

    Okay I'm pretty sure this is going to be denied staff lock this please

    Today I just made a RE creation of my modern house and it's going to be on the forms next month

    +1 for thinking that it's stale? I'm thinking it should be a +0 to me.
