    Qualificated answer from @aRandomBob157 :
    The xp system was a system in MCPVP before it was acquired by brawl that let you get experience as you played in order to get free kits, classes, and other ingame perks. This system will no longer continue to be supported under brawl, and has still yet to be removed since CTF is still in beta.
