What in particular prevented Mc-War 2.0 from being released to public before June?

    Question: Well, Myortvye stated that if 2.0/new Call of Duty server wasn't out by June, he would be disappointed. Well, now it's almost July, and we are yet to receive this update. So, what prevented the new Call of Duty server from being released to public by June/May? Knowing the reason here is going to answer many questions that have occurred recently.
