Some of these could work, however, some needs redoing, such as the ability to have an extra perk slot on War. Other than that, looks pretty good!

 

I agree with @Snail_5_ these are great ideas.

I would like a special ranking such as VIP or MVP for Overlords.

 

I agree with most of these, except I don't really like the chance stuff for WarZ. It is good enough with 1 minute TPA.

I'd also lower the gun to a .44 Magnum instead of a Desert Eagle.

Also, this rank already gets more warps for Survival PVP

I like the chance stuff though, it's only slighty better than MVP but the chances are higher. Maybe lower them to 10-15% chances?

 

Way to much pay2win.

How about we make elite have all CTF/MCbuild/HG perks and kits and all lifetime MVP benefits and maybe a few extra lobby perks but don't touch the other game-modes.

1 minute cooldown for WarZ and 2 perk slots for War terrified me.

Umm, let me cross out what I disagree with and I'll explain why.

Global:

• Access to all cosmetics (/cosmetics)
• Access to design a wardrobe (/wardrobe)
• Ability to enable disco armor
• Access to the firework creator (/fireworks)
• Access to choose any pet (/pets)
• 3x tokens for voting (/vote)

-3x tokens would be broken and would make it nearly impossible for non-donators to receive ranks and stuff from Brawl shop.

• Green (unless selected) colored name above your head and in chat.
• Selectable coloured names

-Could confuse newer players in terms of a rank, not really necesarry.

• Elite lounge

-Rather unneeded, I think that it would be a hassle to build and could possibly result in additional dev costs.

• Enchanted weapons and armour in Brawl's lobby PvP

-Takes away the purpose of Lobby PvP altogether. It won't be fun.

• Allowed second pet
• Allowed mob disguises

-Could cause server -side lag and possibly confuse other players.

• Allowed pet abilities

War:

• 30 extra XP per kill
• 5x the credits per kill
• 96 bullets upon respawning
• Second perk slot
• [1] extra quantity of selected tactical and lethal
• Single game purchases 20 credits off

-This would make War extremely unfair towards non-donators or people without Elite rank. I could agree on a small cosmetic change and maybe some bonus elements, but MVP is where it's at. 5x credits, additional perk slot and boosted amounts of tacticals are wayyy too overboard.


WarZ:

• Ability to teleport to other players with /tpa {name} (1 minute cool-down).
• Respawn with blue leather armor, Tier IV pistol, and 32 bullets every time you die.
• Ability to use Ender Chests to store items.
• 20% chance of spawning with 1/4 iron armour
• 5% chance of spawning with 2/4 iron armour
• 20% chance of spawning with x2 beans
• 5% chance of spawning with x3 beans
• 20% chance of spawning with iron sword
• 5% chance of spawning with diamond sword

-Overboard a bit. All of the percentages of gaining iron/diamond armor on death is unbalanced. In my opinion, the current system works fine. And a Tier 4 Desert Eagle? No, thank you. Why? Because it 4-shots full irons.


Party:

• Earn triple the coins when you win.
• Receive a fireworks display when you win.

Survival:

• Ability to set 15 extra warps with /warp set {name}.

-NOTE
Elite can set 20 warps right now.

Skywars:

• Access to all kits, at will.

-Instead of giving all the kits, how about there are 2-5 kits exclusive for Elite instead. These kits could be made powerful, but they wouldn't gain money for kills or wins.

KitBrawl:

• Access to all kits

-This has a potential to ruin the game. It's already enough with people playing ninja, and now this...you see, I can agree on a kit for Elite only, or maybe something exclusive, but that's it.

MineStrike:

• Spawn with leather ChestPlate

• Start game with 2000 credits, instead of 1000
• Receive 50% more credits upon earning credits
• Defuse bomb 20% faster

-MineStrike is intended to be based off of CS:GO, which, FYI, is not Pay2Win in most occasions. As of right now, this is the only Brawl server which isn't restricted by donations, other than creative. This means that it's all about luck and skill, not about your parent's credit card. It would make me quit Brawl.

 

I do agree with you on the tp time, but it's not like any known people use pistols for main fights.

 

Yet in WarZ you say nothing about the 1 minutes tpa cooldown. MVP is already broken enough with the cooldown.

I killed a 3/4 with barret/m1911 . The pistol has 1 main use, that is killing people before they can hit you when you are tping because there is nothing more frustrating (other than 69v1s) than getting hit when you need to tp back to a fight.
