    Attempting to connect to brawl with a 1.7 series will not return anything in the loading screen thing.
    However, it will print that the client is outdated on the launcher

    IN GAME:
    [​IMG]

    IN CLIENT:
    [16:23:53] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] You were kicked from the server: Outdated client! Please use 1.8
    [16:23:53] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] Already connecting to this server!

    just thought this might want to be fixed as it might make people not try the server because they can't connect to it. when this happens, you also have no idea if there's something wrong with your internet/client/server/cables/anything

    Brawl is a 1.8 server, you can I connect to it using 1.7.x. You need to upgrade to 1.8 in order to connect.

    This is not a bug, it is to inform players that Brawl is a 1.8.x only server and you will need to use 1.8 to play via the launcher.
