the lag on mc-war

    it is getting stupid now when the lag started I thought it was a little thing that while go on for one day but now they really need to fix it

    For now, try /ping to see if it's a connection issue. If there is no problem there, it is the server. Try hopping through the 8 servers to check which ones are lag-free.

    We are aware of the issue, and for now we need to wait until it is resolved. Apologies.

    My experience is that the lag is less when it's around 12 pm CEST and other times when server isn't that busy and that the second most popular server is most of the times lag free. This kind of sucks tho because the most popular server is more fun, but I'm sure the great staff of mcbrawl will fix this soon:wink:.

    If you know it's an issue, why are you telling us to check if it's us? It's been the servers for the past couple of weeks. You can't have more than 20 people on a server without it having lag spikes every 15 seconds.

    Because there are instances when it isn't us. The servers don't lag all the time. I played this morning with 50 players and zero lag. Sometimes it's just a connection issue.

    The issue is not only CTF but i experienced it earlier today on HG A LOT . And no i had the same ping i always , nothing to do with my side it was 100% server .

    As Mario stated in another thread, plugin optimization would fix most of this issue.

    What's your Ping? How fast is your internet when you play?

    How old is your graphics card on your computer?

    Are you hardwired or using Wifi?

    I do witness time to time but its not that frequent. On the other hand the servers has been getting a bit laggy for me too

    I have lag spikes every 4 seconds :V Since when has war been less laggy?
