Endless revolutions of a broken timer

Okay. Im sure "most" of you have seen these. A revolving door. a door you see at a mall, a hotel, heck maybe even a skyscraper. The doors that spin around and around endlessly without a break. If you stay in a endless revolving door with no way out then you will go round and around forever. That is the feeling i get by playing on ctf atm. rather than enjoying a good game of stealing flags smashing people from existence and dare i say. Trolling others im trapped in a endless loop of restarting timers. All games without fail tonight have not played no restarts no servers working. This is ludicrous how did this bug even come up >> the original bug didn't restart nearly as much times as this. Im sure people have talked about it but im at wits end with boredom i wanna fight and pillage flag rooms not sit here stagnating with nothing better to do till i go to work in 4 hours >>
