Hello everyone. If you are in this section, that means that you are going to report an issue that you have noticed and that you have played with. But before posting this issue, there are some things you have to write in your thread. You need:

-You need to have a well-written description of the issue/problem. If we can not understand what you mean, we can not fix the issue/problem

-We need to see a proof of the problem/issue. A screenshot or a video are the best ways to show us what happens with the problem and what needs fixing.

-Use the right prefix of what you are reporting (glitch or bug).


Do NOT post:

Spammers/Hackers/Advertisers reports: We have a special section of that. Please report a "Rule Breaker" here. If you post a thread in this section, your thread will be pointless.

Duplicate Thread: You must search for an other thread of the problem. Do not post the same thread of the same problem. If you do so, the problem will not be resolved and fixed faster and you thread will be locked if a similar thread was posted before yours.

Bugs on other servers: We have the same sections of the other servers. If a problem is on an other server, please post it on its own section. Use this section for Survival Games w/ Guns issues ONLY.

Do not worry, we always help you out about an issue. And also we do our best to fix the problems and the issues.

If you have any questions about something, please use the the right section which can be found here. Staff members are always here to help you about something. Do not be shy to PM us.
