Lol. So at the start of season 5, riot implemented a new jungle system where smite became useful and jungle items revolved around smite, allowing you to empower it. Well this worked great at first then riot started to buff the enchantments on the jungle items, starting with "juggernaut". Tank junglers were not seen often, so they decided to make a new enchantment called "cinderhulk" that would replace juggernaut. Hello top laners with smite and tp. Then riot saw this and nerfed cinderhulk slowly throughout several patches. Then they introduced "runeglaive" which would replace the "magus" enchant. Bad idea. Welcome mid laners with runeglaive. Smite is supposed to be used for junglers but I guess people think it's op on laners. I have a prediction that if warrior ever gets reworked, adc will get smite. Riot's system too stronk.

They'll fix it out over time. I hope.
