Were the shotguns really nerfed?

    Ok, everyone is saying the shotguns were nerfed. Some are shooting 2 bullets and they are all doing less damage. I believe the shotguns sucked as they were before this happened. So here are my questions for you.

    Is the shotgun nerf intentional, or just a glitch like the last time they were shooting 2 bullets?
    Why did you decide to nerf them?
    What shotguns were nerfed and how? (Please be exact with this question.)
