    Can there be a ban section along with the Home, Forums... etc.
    In the Ban section, you can type in anyone's username and see if they're banned or muted; even if they're banned or muted temporarily.
    This is to let the banned person see the reason they're banned or to avoid people from submitting a report when the player is already banned.

    Use https://www.brawl.com/bans/ to check bans, it's super good ^-^ I had the same problem of submitting reports that someone else did before me, but now this usually does the trick!
