    I think there should be a way for people to join a live game. For example if there was an infected game going on instead of having to wait in the lobby you could join the game as a zombie. The only games that you should have to wait for is One In Chamber and FFA. For Ctf and Tdm players could be distributed evenly amongst teams.

    Along with that idea there should be a way to change the guns you selected ingame.

    This idea was already planned for war 2.0 (Needs confirmation pliz).

    As for the entire idea: It will never be added to the current war, since war stopped its development completely.

    I remember this being an added feature in the old test server for War 2.0 (something to do with a milk bucket)?

    Yes, this will be in war 2.0. This was one of the features in the 2.0 test server we had a while back.

    And your second statement is also correct.
