    Build Tutorial 4: Caves
Here is a tutorial which is more of an "extension" of the tutorial on terraforming.

To start making a basic cave, you need to figure out the shape and how you wish for it to look. To do so, just use a sphere brush, and air as the block. You should have the form laid out as such. I also added some temporary lighting, but you can also use night vision potions.

After creating that, you will notice in some spots it is visible that you used spheres. Cover that up by hand so it looks nicer!

Next, remove whatever lighting you may be using, and add some torches on top of fences for a cool effect. Don't overuse it though!

After that, I recommend placing some cobble slabs where there is an elavation change. You can also make edits to make there be less small holes.

Something I like to do after this is to decorate the ceiling with some cyan clay (if you are using stone)

Finally, to top your cave off, add some ores. I recommend sticking to iron and coal, but you can also use some gold/diamond/redstone/etc in small amounts.
