New Minecraft... Love it or Hate it?

Well this thread is pretty self explanatory. I started watching, (not playing) minecraft in 2010. The videos I watched were like tutorial videos and building videos and stuff. As minecraft progressed, the videos became very interesting, especially during the beta phase. It was just small communities of people playing adventure maps and sky block. Then many changes happened. Once minecraft got out of beta phase, it started becoming more modern and less like old minecraft. This was when I decided to get minecraft for myself. I loved it. Still very fun, maybe not as good as "old" minecraft, but very fun. I personally enjoyed the new features. Hated the community. I was disgusted by the amount of flamers, hackers, and immature kids on servers. When a game gets larger, you can expect the community to have bad people. And this was absolute ****. I started off on gun servers then moved on to factions servers. After that, I became interested in mini games servers. And brawl is one of them. I still think the community at brawl is semi decent, but seriously, the minecraft community is worsening by the day.

What do you guys think? Do you like the new minecraft? Or hate it?
