Yeah I agree like at least a certain amount maybe like 2/3 of the players

 

yes i do like this command but it has to be more than 15 people.

 

45 Players, 30 need to accept. This seems like a good idea! But how many people typed /start should be broadcasted, so that it encourages more people to type it in too.

 

I like the idea. I'd set the minimum amount of players required to execute the command at 40 or so, and make it so 2/3s would have to run the command (rounding up).

Could possibly be the solution to long wait times.

 

I see a problem with having a certain number like 30/40 because sometimes when its later at night and theres about 25/30 players you'd need everyone to do /start and that would be difficult or impossible depending on the number :V

 

I get an average of 20 players during my timezones, so this may not work. Besides, this could mess up the system a bit, coz the servers are programmed such that there is always a server ready to play (40 min kill)

Off topic ik, but do you guys think there'd be an event server somewhat like the bbh server?

 

Hopefully, perhaps this can be the QQ server too so they can save costs

 

Tag some of them when HG is out of beta. They're not going to add anything till then

 

until then, we'll stick to 3/4 of each!

 

I've played a server that skips to 30 seconds when it reaches 24 players... maybe a 40 player-skip would be good for HG

 

I've 2 main issues with this:
1. This could require more servers. As you know the game will end at 40 min so there's always a game ready to play. Let's say that a game reaches 40 players 7 min before the game is supposed to start. The game will start and other people who die just after this can't join, this wouldn't be good for the new players. Or let's say that there are more servers and 2 consecutive games start very early. This will cause the next game to be very empty.

2. Late at night (for US players, afternoon for me) there are at most 30 players a game. rip the idea then

 

I actually wouldn't mind there being more servers, and I really want the 40-minute limit to go away. As for there only being 30 players... well it's not like HG will never start

 

That's true, and at the moment it seems that Brawl is unwilling to get more servers
