    Question: I've never really cared to listen or understand, but now it has come to my attention,

    why do many of our moderators, senior moderators, and admins have a low post count.

    Most staff members have some preferences and are more active in some areas. This does not mean they are doing a bad job; they just focus on Teamspeak, Ingame etc. more.
    We make sure all staff members have a sufficient forums activity.

    Okay, because normally you need to be active in all 3 regions, so you're saying that they are much more active in other regions so that counts as their forums?

    They are active in all 3 areas. What I was saying is that their forums activity might not be outstanding, but it is sufficient.
