[Rank Idea] Glitch'sFinder Rank

Hey guys, I have heard there was a server for mods/S-Mod and they can go when they want to fix some bug/glith/oom_spot on mcwar and i suggest if it's can be nice to have some players who will have the access of this server and they will fix glitchs and i think they wil be be more implicated than mods because they don't have to moderate servers. And i think this will be good for the player because he will he helps the server and for admins this will give less works and let them to code/administrate the other servers.

And the requirement will be:
- have a proof of finding glitchs
- be mature ( it's important if amdin need to trsute a player )
- have a good knowledge of minecraft and mcwar
- be curious
- and the most important a guy who love fail
- ( EDIT ) be trsuted by a high staff member ( admins or Smod )

If you have any other suggestions post below

 

that why i said.. i forgot to say a requirement it's to be trusted by a high staff member ( Smod or admins ) to avoid these situations

 

It's not so useless as you think, cause mods have alot things to do on the server and they can't be really active to fix some glitchs found by themselves or by the forums because they're mods and they need to moderate the server, the teamspeak and forums ( alot of works ) but if there a glitch finder at first he will helps the mods by making this jobs who can be very annoying for alot players/mods and this will also help the community by making servers without glitchs. I hope you understand what i was trying to say :./
