The Existence of Nukes

Can we explain this thread more in-depth please.

Pertaining to this new and revised topic I think you make valid points. On one had it would have positives and the other negatives.
I personally enjoy the nuke killstreak as many Minecraft servers do not feature this which makes Multiplayer Servers unique so darn entertaining.

 

Clans wouldn't be strict on a nuke count. Either Pro or Con.

 

Nukes make it more interesting. If I can't work towards a nuke, then why should I strive for those massive killstreaks?

 

I think the nuke is the classic CoD killstreak. Without it, we'd be far from Call of Duty in Minecraft.
Its not about clans; Really it's preserving the CoD theme, something that requires the nuke to survive.

 

If nukes were taken out, I'd have to resort to eating the souls of my killers.

 

Nukes aren't just something I look forward to, they're the biggest possible insult you can deliver to a person, or to a whole clan. I've gone against some really annoying people, and nukes just make it all the more fun.

Overall, they should stay, however the requirement should be raised, I believe 25 is fair.

 

Nukes are awesome, I thought at first they were a reward when u became Lvl 25 XD

Mokolee, you only have 86 nukes? I'm kinda disappointed

 

Since I nuke like every other round, it would be much harder for me to get kills. This is how my kills go up so fast.

 

Nukes certainly add some spice to killstreaks, but I can't wait for the new ones.

 

I understand how nuke are rather controversial, to those not skilled enough to achieve them, they 'ruin' matches. This is a problem that does need a solution, I guess...

One possible solution could be that we introduce a new gamemode:

• NFTDM / ANTDM - (Nuclear Free Team Death Match / Anti-Nuke Team Deathmatch)

This new gamemode would be pretty much 'what is says on the can'. It would be a regular team death match however Tactical Nuke killstreaks would be disabled.

Meh. Not my favourite idea ever but I cannot really think of any other possible solutions to this 'Problem'.

 

Most people on the server mainly go for nukes. It's why they go on massive kill streaks. Without them, there would be no point to getting kill streaks, plus, many people would rage if this were to ever be implemented. As said before, most clans use nukes as a system for recruiting members, so it would mess up their system. Meh on the idea, but I feel most people would disagree with the removal of nukes.

This sounds like a promising idea. This would please many of the people who dislike nukes, but doesn't take them away all together. Good suggestion.

 

This is usually how it goes:
Some random nub: "Ha! I bet I could beat you all the time you *every curse word known to man* hacker!"
Me: "Sure. . ."
Some random nub: "F*ck you! You suck!"
Me: *Gets nuke*
Some random nub(s): "FFFFFUUUUUUUUU-"
Me: LMFAO

Without nukes War just wouldn't be that much fun

Well, there definitely needs to be nukes.
1. Well know CoD killstreak
2. Clan wouldn't be as elite as they are now.
3. It'll be tough to nuke in the new update anyway, I heard you need a 34 killstreak which I think is really stupid. I struggle to get the 21 killstreak already :/.

Nukes definitely adds some taste to the all mc-war dish but I haven't really found it at my taste for me nukes are hard to get so I don't really care but it would be good to keep them for pleasure and not for noobs shouting "hacks hacks !"
