A Simple Idea

    Hey!

    [PLEASE READ: EDIT: As I realized, you can't track previous games, and that includes wins as well. Therefore I'm suggesting this to the new War lookalike server that has been announced before. Thank you, and try to read this as if it originally was an idea for war 2.0 or whatever it's being called.]

    So I was thinking about something that I believe would be a great feature on this server. My idea is simply just to add a little section on the scoreboard, that you can see on the right side of your screen when you log on War, that shows you your amount of wins. In my eyes, I think that it sometimes gets a little boring to just compare kills and deaths, so therefore I'd really like this feature.

    It doesn't really matter whether it's both wins and losses, as long as you're able to see your amount of wins. A Win/loose ratio would also be very good if this is being taken in to consideration. I really don't know if wins/losses you get in FFA modes should count, or be a separate score if added.

    In addition, in Call of Duty, which this server is based off, wins counts a lot, especially when playing competitive matches.(Matches where you go for the objective, and the objective only)
    I'm not sure if it's possible to look back, and see how many wins a player has got, but I hope, if this is being added, that the coders/developers can find a great way to do this.

    Sounds like a good idea. I can't see any problems with this unlike some other ideas people post. +1

    This could be added on the new Call of Duty server.
    If it were to be added on this one, it would be kinda unfair.

    We do not store wins, games played, etc.

    It would be skew to add something like this as well for people who already have played for several months, years, etc. the rest of their stats wouldnt justify their wins at all

    Of course. I completely understand what you're saying. Are you sure that there is no way to store wins/games? This might be obvious for you, as a coder, but I don't know anything about coding ._.

    Nono, We can easily start storing games played / wins / losses no problem but we currently do not. But as I said above ^

    I like it, +1 from me.

    There should also be milestones, that you can view on the website. When you get a number of wins that's somewhat important (first win, 100th win, 250th win .ect) it says that and the date you got to is milestone. You'd get a prize for every milestone you hit, for example XP, grenades, or guns.

    People would be able to judge your skill this way.



    SUGGESTION TO THE IDEA:
    Any games that you have won would be listed, but there would be an option called "further info" and if you clicked it, it would show extra information like how many players were online (so that we see if you Nobel it) and a list of people that were apart of the game. If you clicked their names, it would give a link to their stats so that you can see if they were noobs or pros, this option would show if you noobed it by playing on a sever with weaker/less experienced players. It would show your skill.

    War isn't win based, sorry, come again.
    You could be the best player on the server but you could not carry your team of 15+ players, unlike really call of duty.
    It wouldn't make sense to add this so late to the server.
    Adding nukes would be better.

    First of all, I'd really appreciate it if you read the whole thread before replying to it. Yesterday, I put in an Edit, changing this idea from War to the new version of War/war 2.0

    I agree with the nukes, they should definitely be added, alongside with EMP's and the Ammo killstreak, however I'd like to have some kind of win ratio in the following War game.
