Nxy awarded Former Staff medal

    As shown here, staff who don't make it out of their Trial stage are not awarded this medal, resigning or being demoted. I'm wondering, since she failed to make it out of Trial (evidenced in the Staff Application and one or two people on her resignation saying they were sorry she didn't make it out of Trial), why does she get the medal?
