Idea Ugh mod pls

Hello, Can somebody tell me how this is logical... So I post a video of me reporting someone for blinking, I was apparently using a mod that is not allowed, Instead of warning me and telling me to remove it I get banned "Forever". Can I please get a responce of who banned me and How me trying to get rid of hackers turns into me getting banned for a mod that really does not help me that much.. Note: I have asked for a list of allowed mods and the mod said "The forums" And I could not find it
