Idea Build/Creative Idea

It's come to my attention that Build doesn't have the /gms feature to use survival mode. Yet, the option to implement the gamemode is extremely useful. Especially in situations when you're building your world for survival mode players. So I'd hope it's planned to merge this command with build.
But that's not the idea:
I've talked with Andy, who's apparently already created the idea with Putty, to be able to create worlds and fully enable survival mode. For instance: You create a huge adventure world. There's many portions that need unlocked by completing puzzles. But players keep using creative to get through doors, skip parkours, and defy the point of your creativity. So now, you can type in a specific command so that everyone is in survival mode when they're in your world.
